We understand that things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer your spot to another client.
Last-minute cancellations or no-shows may be charged half of the service fee, always at the discretion of the salon.
If a cancellation fee is required, we will notify you, and the fee will be needed before we can secure your next appointment. This helps us respect the time of our stylists and keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone.
